We're confident Darwiny will lift the conversion rate on the product pages it optimizes. If it hasn't improved after 30 days on your first paid billing period, email support@darwiny.ai and we refund that billing period in full when the conditions below are met. We take the risk, not you.
How it is measured
Your product-page conversion rate is measured over the Darwiny loader, the script that serves and tracks your test pages.
Conditions
- The guarantee covers your first paid billing period after signup. A free trial has no charge to refund.
- The Darwiny loader must have been installed and active for at least 14 days of that billing period, so the AI optimizer has a fair chance to find a winning variation.
- It is one-time: it does not apply to later renewals or re-subscriptions.
How the refund is paid
Refunds go back through the payment processor that collected the charge. For Shopify app charges, we issue the refund or credit through Shopify's app-billing process. For a standalone subscription billed through Stripe, the refund returns to the original payment method and typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
