More conversions, or we pay you $100
We're confident Darwiny will lift the conversion rate on the products it optimizes. If it doesn't go up in your first 30 days, email support@darwiny.ai and we'll send you $100. We take the risk, not you.
How conversion lift is measured
We look only at the products Darwiny actually optimized — the ones it ran variants on during the test window — and compare two numbers for that same set of products:
- Baseline— those products' conversion rate over the 30 days immediately before you installed Darwiny, taken from your store's own analytics (Shopify Analytics or GA4).
- Test window— those products' conversion rate over the 30-day test window, measured by the Darwiny loader.
Product-page conversion rate means completed orders from sessions that viewed one of those product pages, divided by the number of sessions that viewed one of those product pages.
The bar is on us: if your optimized-products conversion rate doesn't finish higher than baseline — by even 0.01% — you qualify for the $100. Darwiny has to actually move the number up.
Eligibility conditions
- The Darwiny loader must be installed and active on your store for the full 30-day test window, so the AI optimizer has a fair chance to find a winning variation.
- Recommended variants must actually be running — pausing or rejecting every variant for the duration voids the guarantee.
- Darwiny-optimized products must take at least 100 orders during the 30-day test window, so there is enough volume to compare against baseline.
- Traffic sources, paid-ad spend, pricing, and promotions must be broadly consistent across the two windows. Major external swings — a paid-traffic pause or spike, a sitewide sale, replatforming, extended outages, or strong seasonality — can move conversion independently of Darwiny and void the guarantee.
- Your store must stay active and accepting orders throughout the test window.
- One claim per store. The guarantee does not stack with other custom agreements.
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the end of the 30-day window.
How we pay out
Once a claim is verified, we send the $100 within 10 business days via your preferred method (PayPal, Stripe, or store credit). This is separate from our refund policy, which still covers your subscription billing.
